Frequently Asked Questions
01. Our family needs a homecare nurse to take care of our sick mother at home. How do we go about it?
To start with, you will need to pay an examination fee of N30,000, covering logistics, physical examination, and documentation charges. Depending on your preference and the client's status, the examination can be done virtually or physically to assess the patient’s health condition. This also involves discussing with the client’s medical team to comprehend the client's medical history (if they are still in the hospital).
Throughout this process, immediate family members are allowed to contribute, ask questions and answer questions that may be asked by the attending representative from the company. This gives us a detailed history and present state of the client to know the most competent Nurse or Family Caregiver to assign. After this, we discuss with the family how to choose the best package for your loved one.
02. Are we allowed to be involved in our relative’s care?
Yes, family members are encouraged to be involved in their relative's care, provided their actions do not pose harm to our client. We also send daily updates of care to the family.
03. Do you have a Nurse in my location who can take care of my relative?
Yes, we do. We have our nurses located across Nigeria. Distance has never been a barrier.
04. How do I make adjustments to the schedule of your services?
Our communication lines are open. Simply call our office to discuss a change in schedule. Note that requests can only be accommodated on a timely basis.
05. Is the information shared with your agency confidential?
Yes, we keep all our client's information private according to HEFAMAA (Health Facilities Monitoring and Accreditation Agency) policies.
06. What is personalised care?
This implies that homecare services are tailored to the respective client's medical or lifestyle needs, preferences, and chosen plan.
07. What happens if my assigned caregiver is unavailable or currently unfit?
We have a structured backup system in place. If your assigned caregiver is unavailable, we will promptly assign another expert hand to ensure that care is not halted.
